Most management spells tend to end on low notes. Surprisingly they tend to get sacked or resign when things aren't going well rather than when they're flying up the league!
Newcastle were top half of the table when he left there, having been manager of the month the previous month.

Why do people keep looking at how things finished with us. He is a good manager and has nearly ten years more experience as a top level manager.
And I hardly think Newcastle was a disaster, he left them remember!

I don't know if he gets "found out". He just seems to be undermined all the time. He does very well and then someone above him forces him to change his plans.
Happened a Newcastle, happened with us. I think if you give him your full backing he gets the results. I don't think there is a better English manager out there. I'm sure clubs like Liverpool are thinking did we miss a trick here. You can't argue with what he did at Newcastle and now palace.

Assembled a team of big units. Next, got them to run at 90 miles an hour.

Pardew is a good manager, plays round pegs in round holes and keeps them organised. Good team, Palace, 2nd in the fucking league and won 8 of their last 10 away games don't lie.
